The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, high-impact sales leader who can operate fluidly as both a highly execution-oriented Strategic Account Executive and a visionary Regional Sales Director. In this hybrid role, you will act as the CEO of your respective territory (East, Central, or West). You will be responsible for driving direct enterprise revenue, building a robust regional pipeline, and positioning StrikeReady as the undisputed leader in AI SOC software.

We are a Channel first company and you will be own the Channel relationships in your region. You will be stepping into a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market. Your ability to clearly articulate StrikeReady’s holistic, tool-agnostic approach against fragmented, agentic AI competitors will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Define and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets in your designated region (East, Central, or West).
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to complex deal negotiation and closing.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security Operations, and SOC Directors, acting as a trusted advisor on AI-driven cybersecurity.
  • Competitive Positioning: Successfully differentiate StrikeReady's unified command center and CARA AI against emerging agentic SOC competitors such as Dropzone AI, 7AI, Prophet AI, and Blink Ops.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and secure technical wins.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and relay regional market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer requirements to help shape the future of the StrikeReady platform.
  • Regional Leadership: Serve as the commercial anchor for StrikeReady in your region, paving the way for future team expansion and stepping into a dedicated people-management role as the territory scales.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience, specifically within cybersecurity, SIEM, SOAR, or modern SOC technologies.
  • Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas as a Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise Sales Director, or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the modern SOC ecosystem, threat intelligence, and the current landscape of AI automation in cybersecurity.
  • Competitive Edge: Experience selling in a highly disruptive, fast-paced startup environment where you actively compete against nimble AI startups and established legacy vendors.
  • Network: Established network of CISO and security practitioner relationships within your target region.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Work Style: Self-starter, autonomous, highly organized, and comfortable traveling within your region as needed to close business.
