In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level technological strategy and day-to-day engineering execution. You will play a crucial part in scaling our engineering organization, evolving the architecture of our vendor-agnostic platform, and advancing the capabilities of CARA to ensure we maintain our technical superiority.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-impact sales leader who can operate fluidly as both a highly execution-oriented Strategic Account Executive and a visionary Regional Sales Director. In this hybrid role, you will act as the CEO of your respective territory (East, Central, or West). You will be responsible for driving direct enterprise revenue, building a robust regional pipeline, and positioning StrikeReady as the undisputed leader in AI SOC software.

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Channel Sales to build and scale StrikeReady’s partner ecosystem from the ground up. In this critical leadership role, you will design the channel strategy, launch our partner program, and recruit top-tier Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and Technology Alliance Partners.
